Add Students to an Existing Class from the Admin Page

You can add students to a class that you have already created.

If the class you wish to add students to has not yet been created, please create the class first.

How to Add

There are three registration options below, please choose the one that best suits your situation.

Note:

If you wish to register all students at once, please login with your school administrator account.

All student enrollment in classes is done from the "Groups/Classes" menu in the Admin menu.

A. Add students to multiple classes at once

①Select "Register Students to Class" from "Batch Process via Excel".

②Fill in the required fields in the Excel file template and upload it.

B. Register students together in one class

①Select the name of the class for which you want to register students.

C. Register students individually in one class

①Select the name of the class for which you want to register students.

FAQ

Q. Can I register students through the application?

A. Yes, there is a way to give students a "Class Code" and have them join a class.

Q. I get an error message "Class not found." error message appears. What should I do?

A. The class name entered in Excel may be incorrect. Please check if the name matches the name of the class you have already created.
